How to make cuts - Online Tutoral
I found this video on Youtube. I have taken it because; it shows a good and effective way to make cuts which we can add to the antagonists hand and so on. This makes him look like he has been in fights and it then creates the enigma of him killing other people before the person who he is focused on at that moment. We would be able to apply these cuts up his arm and on his hands. We would not apply it to his face because we already have a mask applied to his face which means you would not be able to see the cuts on his face. We can also do this makeup on the protagonist to create a realistic effect if she get injured from falling over in the woods.
How we will make our protagonist look innocent
During this video we are shown how to not over do the makeup which allows the main character in our film look vulnerable therefore more of an easy target for the antagonist. To go with this makeup we will make her clothes look sweet and innocent as well. We will do this by using the stereotype of the colour pink on her clothes as girls who wear pink are usually seen as a girly girl type who cannot do anything for herself. The girl who is our main character is also blonde and the stereotype of a blonde girl is usually quite dumb and cant do much for herself. We are trying to make her seem as vulnerable as we can so that the audience know she is the main target.
